1. Introduction

Welcome to Boss Beauty (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this website and any services offered through it — including but not limited to beauty services, booking, consultations, and purchases (collectively, “Services”) — you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our site or Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using bossbeautyaz.com and/or booking Services, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent),
Have the legal authority to enter into contracts, and
Agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Services & Pricing

All Services, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Quoted pricing is valid only for the date provided, and final pricing is confirmed upon booking and contract execution. Prices do not include applicable taxes or fees unless expressly stated.

4. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable retainer/deposit may be required to reserve your date. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive the retainer and a fully executed service agreement. Retainers secure the date and are non-transferable.

5. Contract & Agreement

Clients must sign a written service agreement outlining all details before services are rendered. The terms in that contract govern scope of services, fees, cancellation policies, travel requirements, and other enforceable provisions.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply depending on timing. Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.

7. Additional Fees

Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to:

Early start fees
Travel fees beyond the included radius
Overnight accommodations when required
Holiday surcharges
Additional artist or assistant fees
On-site touch-ups or extended service time
Hair extension rentals, damage, or late return fees

All applicable fees will be disclosed prior to booking and confirmed in writing.

8. Travel & Accommodation

Complimentary travel may be offered within a specified radius or when minimum service requirements are met. If travel exceeds the standard radius, requires overnight accommodations, or involves extended travel time, the client is responsible for all related costs.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event details, a safe and clean workspace, adequate seating and lighting, and timely communication. Boss Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late starts, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Artist Assignment

Boss Beauty reserves the right to assign artists based on availability and suitability. Requests for specific artists, including the owner, may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

11. Products & Allergies

Professional-grade products are used. Clients must disclose all allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions in advance. Boss Beauty is not liable for reactions to undisclosed conditions.

12. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose a health risk to clients or artists.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including unauthorized access, data scraping, or commercial use of content without written consent.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Boss Beauty and may not be used without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boss Beauty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or Services.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boss Beauty, its owners, artists, employees, and contractors from claims arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

17. Privacy Policy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to Terms

Boss Beauty reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
